Vital Home Cooking takes the hassle out of healthy eating, with delectable home-cooked meals, customized to satisfy all your flavor cravings and dietary needs.

    

As a Holistic Personal Chef, I cherish the opportunity to combine my passion for cooking with my knowledge of the powerful healing benefits of eating seasonal, organic, unrefined, local foods. My expertise lies in creating meal plans for anyone who wants to follow a specialized diet (i.e. Keto, Vegan, Low FODMAPS, Auto-Immune Protocol, Nightshade Free) has food allergies, health/fitness goals, is recovering from injury or illness or just wants to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  

Subscription meal kits can be daunting and eating out gets expensive - plus you have no control over the quality of ingredients used.  Gain peace of mind while enjoying the healthiest version of all your favorite foods, in the comfort of your home.

Home Cooked Meals

A complimentary initial consultation will provide me all the details needed to create personalized menus that will delight your palate, while addressing any dietary restrictions, allergies, health conditions, and fitness goals.

 

Meals are prepared in your home (following enhanced safety protocols) and portioned into containers for convenient reheating.

Grocery Shopping Optional

Depending on your needs, I can either purchase all the necessary ingredients for your meals, or provide you with an itemized shopping list. 

Clean-up Included

After preparing your delectable meals, I take care of the dishes and sanitize all surfaces, leaving your kitchen spotless and germ free. You'd never even know I was there if it weren't for all that delicious food waiting to be devoured.

Sometimes, just figuring out what to eat can feel like a huge hurdle, especially if you are following a restricted diet.

In-Home Cooking Packages:

3 Meals: Starting at $480*   

1 person = 12 servings, 2 people = 6 servings, 4 people = 3 servings

4 Meals: Starting at $672*

1 person = 16 servings, 2 people = 8 servings, 4 people = 4 servings

5 Meals: Starting at $880*

1 person = 20 servings, 2 people = 10 servings, 4 people = 5 servings

Cooking packages include customized menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, food storage & cleanup.

 

Meals typically consist of either a "main" protein (meat/fish, vegetarian or vegan) and 1 side, an entree salad, or a large batch entrée soup.

 

*Additional side dishes are available for an added cost.

*Cost of groceries is additional and determines final pricing.

*Additional travel fees may apply, based on location.
